The whole process (including payment) for registration for all AU clubs and societies can now be completed online, removing the need for students coming into the Union to pay their fees.

just £10 to join ULTIMATE FRISBEE, the more people that sign up the
more money Too Many Pies get from the AU to make your year more fun.
You're also required to pay £3
for insurance, however this is not just for ULTIMATE FRISBEE but one payment
which covers any sports club or society you join at the university
The membership fee for Ultimate Frisbee is only £10 for the
whole year!
This entitles you to free training & fitness sessions outside as well
as cheap tournament costs and ofcourse you can join us on all socials - and
we usually get discounts for them too!
Sports' Centre membership for indoor sessions - it's really quick to sign up. Follow this link and click on the join online here link.
You can pay online or by cash or cheque. If you can, print out your subscription receipt and bring it with you in case of any problems.
For sports hall use - you only
need recreational membership
The pies run some good gym sessions,
so if you might fancy them in future, go for the recreational membership with
health and fitness suite.
If you swim regularly then the
swimming option might save you a quid here and there but generally loses you
money.
You won't be able to pay for membership unless you have done it online using the form above. Access to the membership form is activated only by use of your personal computer log-in. Membership is only open to Students of Newcastle University.
Having submitted your personal details you should then select your memberships from the Club/Society List - click on the 'join' button beside the relevant club or society.
Proceed to the 'online payments' page and submit your credit/debit card details and proceed with your payment.
On completion of payment you will receive an e-mail confirmation, of which Club/Societies you have joined and what the total cost has been. Please print a copy of this e-mail and take it to your chosen Club or Societies, first training session or meeting, as proof of membership.
